Services

Tender Kept LLC provides custom photo magnet services for events and direct-to-consumer sales in Metro Detroit, Michigan.

Booking & Payment

  • A $299 deposit is required to secure your event date. It is fully refundable for 14 days after booking, then becomes non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and cash.

Cancellation Policy

  • Within 14 days of booking: Full refund of your deposit, no questions asked
  • After 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable (we take your date off the calendar and turn away other bookings)
  • Any balance already paid is refunded in full if you cancel more than 30 days before your event
  • 30 days or fewer before the event: Balance is non-refundable

Event Services

We will arrive at the agreed-upon time and provide services for the duration of the booked package. If additional time is needed, it will be billed at our hourly add-on rate (subject to availability).

Photo Content

Guests are responsible for the content of photos they upload. We reserve the right to decline printing photos that contain inappropriate or offensive content.

SMS Terms

By entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on the Tender Kept order screen or booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Tender Kept LLC (“Tender Kept”) about your order and booking, including pickup notifications, confirmations, reminders, replies to your inquiries, and an occasional follow-up you agreed to receive. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help or contact hello@tenderkept.com or (248) 654-8361. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Liability

Tender Kept LLC carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for venue-related issues (power outages, weather for outdoor events, etc.) but will make every reasonable effort to deliver our services.
