We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing). We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS / Text Messaging

Tender Kept LLC (“Tender Kept”) sends text messages only to customers who opt in by entering their mobile number and checking a consent box on our event order screen or on the booking form at tenderkept.com. Messages include order status updates (for example, that your magnets are ready for pickup), booking confirmations and reminders, replies to your inquiries, and an occasional follow-up you agreed to receive. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and consent records are stored with your order and used only for the purposes above.

Photo Data

Photos uploaded through our event service (MagnetQ) are used solely for printing your magnets. Photos are automatically deleted from our servers after the event. We do not use your photos for marketing without explicit permission.
